The app, designed to function seamlessly on modern smartphones, equips nationwide installers with the tools needed to manage job assignments, provide real-time updates, capture completion evidence, and streamline customer feedback collection.

The Challenge

Boiler Central, a leader in next-day boiler installations at fixed prices, faced increasing demand that required a scalable solution to manage their installer network more efficiently. They needed an application that could handle everything from job allocation and status updates to customer sign-offs and feedback, all while integrating with their proprietary platform through an internal API Gateway. With these requirements, they turned to their digital partner, Blindfold, who then commissioned Hyperlaunch to develop the front-end application.

The Solution
