The Challenge

Boiler Central, a leader in next-day heating system installations at fixed prices, faced increasing demand that required a scalable solution to manage their installer network more efficiently. They needed an application that could handle everything from job allocation and status updates to customer sign-offs and feedback, all while integrating with their proprietary platform through an internal API Gateway.
